Front entrance Corporate Office Building final Photograph

Designed by CON/STEEL® Tilt-Up Systems, this office is intended to show the versatility and value of a concrete building.  The 6000 SF building has brick accent bands on the exterior as well as both strip(continuous band) windows and "punch" windows.  The exterior was designed to show different types of windows and was painted out to provide a texture finish.  The result is a energy efficient, low maintenance, cost effective concrete building.

CON/STEEL Systems is Setting the Standard in Tilt-Up Construction The foundations were poured the first week of January 1998 and the building was occupied April 17, 1998.  Located at 3440 w. 71st Place in Westminster, CO, this building serves as our corporate headquarters and a sample of Brown Constructions commitment to quality tilt-up design/build construction.
